Let us help you L.E.A.D. your clients in the right direction so you can retain them longer! Bring us on as “part of your team” and here is how we can help you after you close the deals!

Onboarding

Now that you have done your part by getting the new clients, let’s get this party started! As soon as your new client is ready to come on board we will schedule the onboarding call with your clients. They will see that your team has everything organized and ready to rock! Hand these over to your account manager so you can focus on bringing on even more business.

Client Communication, Invoicing, & Reporting

That’s right - as the agency owner, you don’t have time to keep up on communications while trying to make more sales. To help you save time, you hand over all the client communication to us. Email, Slack, or etc. We will reach out to you if, and only if, there is a problem that we can not solve. 

Monthly Client Meetings

Save yourself some time and let us do the time-consuming tasks of meeting with your clients once a month or every two weeks (determined by you and your client). Whichever works better for you and your clients. We will help with the agendas set up and make sure your client sees the appropriate reports. 

Project & Sub-Contractor Management

We’ll be the go-between for you and your subcontractors/white labelers to make sure everything is aligned, on point, and on time. 

Client Gifting

Everyone loves a little something extra! This can be a tedious task, but it helps retain clients longer. We will send them a little gift once per quarter, on their birthday, and or during the holidays. *gift paid for by you, the agency* 


Appointment Setters

We are U.S. based appointment setters. If you or your clients have leads that need to be followed up with and appointments that need to be scheduled, we are here for you!

Incoming leads from ads

  • We will call all the new incoming leads Mon - Fri
  • We will call those leads once a day for 3 - 10 days (determined by you/your client) before moving them to “Long-Term Nurture” or “Abandon” them.
  • Always double dial, leave a VM if no pick-up, and follow up with a text (How many other appt setting agencies do this?)
  • Live/Warm transfers

Lead list

  •  75 dials or an hour’s worth of dialing - whichever comes first
  • On average we get 5 - 15 pick-ups within the hour 
  • Always double dial, leave a VM if no pick-up, and follow up with a text (How many other appt setting agencies do this?)

CRM

It is important that you have a CRM (Customer relationship management) tool to keep track of your clients and leads. If you don't have this in place, we can offer it for a small additional fee.
